1. Purpose
AircoAlert monitors the published availability of the Midea PortaSplit portable air conditioner at online retailers and notifies users when stock is detected. These terms govern use of the site and purchase of the Turbo pass.
2. Free alert
The basic email alert is free with no time limit. We check retailers periodically and send the alert as soon as a restock is detected. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Turbo pass
The Turbo pass is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal, covering the season (92 days). It adds minute-by-minute checking of the main source, an instant Telegram notification, a direct add-to-cart link and priority in the send queue. Previously purchased one-time plans remain valid for their term.
4. Service limitations
We display availability as published by retailers: it can lag, be incorrect, or sell out between detection and your purchase. We do not guarantee that you will obtain the product or any particular price. The service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
5. Liability
We are not a party to your purchase and do not sell the product. We are not responsible for your purchasing decisions, for retailers' conduct, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
6. Governing law
The service is provided by a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. If you contract as a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
