1. Controller

The controller is the operator of AircoAlert. For any data protection question, contact us through the site's contact form.

2. Data we process and why

We process your email address to send the restock alerts you request. If you buy the Turbo pass, we also process the data needed for payment and, if you enable it, your Telegram chat identifier to send you the push. We measure site usage in aggregate using cookieless analytics. We collect no more data than necessary.

3. Legal basis

Sending alerts relies on your consent and on performing the service you requested. Processing payment data relies on performance of the contract and on legal obligations. Aggregate analytics relies on our legitimate interest in improving the site.

4. Retention

We keep your email while your alert is active and until you unsubscribe. Billing records are kept for the periods required by law.

5. Recipients and processors

We use: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments) and Telegram (push notifications, only if you enable that channel). They process data on our behalf. We never sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum.

7. Your rights

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability through the contact form, and unsubscribe from alerts at any time. You may also complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies and security

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts; our analytics works without cookies. If we ever used non-essential cookies, we would ask for your consent first. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
