Right of withdrawal

1. Period
If you buy the Turbo pass as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw, without needing to give a reason.
2. Immediate start of the service
Monitoring begins immediately after payment, because that is precisely what you are asking for when you buy. By expressly agreeing to this, you accept that if you withdraw you must pay for the proportion of the service already provided. Once the purchased period has fully elapsed, the service counts as fully performed.
3. How to withdraw
Write to us through the contact form, quoting the email address you used to purchase. No specific form and no justification are required.
4. Refund
We refund using the same payment method, less the proportional value of any period already used, within a maximum of 14 days from receiving your request.
